RETURNS

Coffee can be returned for a full refund only if the bag is unopened.  

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Any coffee that has been opened and sampled that is not to the customer's likeing may be returned for an exchange for another coffee of the same amount by weight and cost.  Shipping on exchanged items will be paid both ways by the customer.
